Cookies Notice
What this site stores in your browser, why, and how to remove it. No analytics or third-party tracking cookies are used.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small piece of data a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (such as localStorage) works similarly and lets a site remember a choice between visits. This site uses browser storage, not HTTP cookies, for the single purpose below.
Types of cookies
Many sites use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, and third-party tracking cookies. This site uses none of those — no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers of any kind.
Storage items actually used
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
sgbf_consent | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected the cookie consent banner | Stored until you clear browser data or change your choice | Sonic Gateway Business Finance (first-party, this site) |
That is the only item this site places in your browser. It is stored in localStorage under a
brand-prefixed key (sgbf_consent) and holds one of two values: accepted or rejected.
Managing or disabling storage
You can remove the stored choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for
sonic-gateway.digital, or by using your browser’s site-data controls. If you reject the banner,
the sgbf_consent value is set to rejected and the banner will not show again. If storage is
unavailable (for example, private browsing), the banner stays dismissible per visit without
persisting.
Third-party usage
There is no third-party usage. No data is shared with advertising or analytics vendors, because none run on this site.
Impact of disabling
Disabling storage has no impact on the rest of the site. The inquiry form, the legal pages, and all content remain fully usable. Only the consent banner’s “do not show again” behaviour depends on storage.
Cross-reference
See the Privacy notice for how any inquiry data is handled. The consent choice itself is not personal data sent to a server; it stays in your browser.
