Items of personal information processed

We process only the personal information you enter into the inquiry form on the contact page:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Business name
• The text of the question you submit

We also store a single consent preference in your own browser (see the Cookies section below). We do not process any analytics, advertising identifiers, fingerprint data, or third-party tracking identifiers.

Purposes of collection and use

Your inquiry details are used only to:

• Read and understand the question you submitted about your budget or working capital
• Decide whether a planning engagement fits and reply to you
• Set up and conduct the intake call
• Confirm scope and fee in writing, before any work begins

We do not use your personal information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to your inquiry.

Retention and use periods

We retain inquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, to deliver that engagement. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 90 days of the last reply. If an engagement is booked, the inquiry details are retained as part of the engagement file and deleted when the engagement file is closed and delivered, unless retention is required by Korean law.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you check the consent box on the inquiry form and submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by email or phone (see the Controller section above); withdrawal stops future processing but does not affect processing already carried out.

Data-subject rights

Under PIPA you have the right to access, correct, delete, suspend processing of, and receive a copy of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@sonic-gateway.digital or +82-2-965-3148. We will confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share inquiry details only with our own staff who need them to respond, and only within the controller organisation. No third-party processors are used to operate the inquiry form. We do not transfer personal information outside the Republic of Korea except where you initiate contact from outside Korea and your inquiry is processed in Korea for the sole purpose of replying.

Security

Inquiry data is transmitted to a same-domain server handler at /api/inquiry over the site’s HTTPS connection and stored only for the retention period above. Access is limited to staff who need it to respond.

Children

This site and its inquiry form are not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly process personal information of children under 14.

Changes to this notice

We will post any material change to this notice on this page with a revised date. The current notice applies from the date shown in your browser when you read it.

How this site actually behaves

• No analytics, no ad pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts run on this site.
• The only item stored in your browser is your consent choice (see the Cookies notice).
• The inquiry form posts JSON to a same-domain handler at /api/inquiry, used only to respond to your inquiry.
