1. About these terms

These terms govern use of the website at sonic-gateway.digital and any planning engagement you book with Sonic Gateway Business Finance Co., Ltd. 2. What this site is

This site describes financial planning consultations and tailored planning engagements focused on small-business budgeting and working-capital planning. It is an informational and inquiry site. Browsing the site does not create a client relationship; a client relationship begins only when you confirm a written scope and fee after the intake call.

3. Planning engagements, not licensed advice

We are a planning practice. We are not a licensed accounting firm, a tax filer, or a registered financial adviser under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act. Engagements produce planning files and memos, not audited statements, tax filings, or regulated investment advice. Where your question needs a licensed professional, we will say so and refer you out.

3.1 Mail-order disclosure

As a service offered online, this practice has filed a mail-order report (통신판매업신고), No. 제2026-서울동대문-0142호, with the relevant Seoul Dongdaemun authority.

4. Booking and scope

An engagement is booked only after a no-fee intake call and a written confirmation of scope and fee. The fee is set by the ledger work the question requires and is confirmed in writing before any work starts. We do not begin work until you confirm the written scope and fee.

5. Use of the website

You may browse this site for the purpose of deciding whether to book an engagement. You may not scrape, copy, or republish the planning content, the engagement descriptions, or any page of this site for commercial use without written permission.

6. Intellectual property

The planning methodology, the engagement descriptions, and the page content on this site belong to Sonic Gateway Business Finance Co., Ltd. Planning files delivered to you under an engagement are yours to use; the underlying methodology remains ours.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Korean law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fee actually paid for that engagement. We are not liable for decisions you make using a planning file, which are your responsibility. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. The version in force is the one live on this page at the time you view it.
